Child Life & Hooked on Crochet Cease Publication
March 14th, 2007Child Life has announced that it is ceasing publication. Current subscribers of Child Life will receive Children’s Digest effective with the September / October 2007 issue. The Children’s Better Health Institute will be incorporating Child Life Magazine into Children’s Digest Magazine – the September / October 2007 issue will be the first combined issue mailing to subscribers in mid/late August.
Hooked on Crochet has announced that it is ceasing publication. Current subscribers of Hooked on Crochet will receive Annie’s Favorite Crochet effective with the August 2007 issue.
FHM Ceases Publication
February 13th, 2007The magazine industry does experience a lot of new titles, as well as those that cease publication. When a title does cease publication, it is up to the publisher’s discretion if they will provide a replacement magazine to current subscribers, provide a refund, or simply do nothing.
In the case of FHM, which recently announced that it is ceasing publication with its March 2007 issue, the publisher has decided to provide current subscribers with a replacement magazine of similar content. The FHM publisher will decide upon the replacement magazine sometime over the course of the next month, and will inform current subscribers via a letter in the mail.
Woodworking for Women Magazine
September 29th, 2006Woodworking for Women Magazine will be ceasing publication with their October / November 2006 issue. The publisher has yet to name a replacement title for current subscribers.
